5-749877-5 is a 50-position panel mount flat top receptacle assembly from the AMPLIMITE .050 Series connectors. This high-density D-sub connector features a compact .050 x .100 inch (1.27 x 2.54 mm) centerline grid spacing and comes with assembled standard termination covers, without rails or latchblocks. The housing is made of thermoplastic with 94V-0 flammability rating in black, while contacts are phosphor bronze with duplex gold plating (minimum .000030 inch / 0.00076 mm) on the mating end and tin on the termination end, all nickel underplated. The connector supports 28 AWG (0.08-0.09 mm²) or 30 AWG (0.05 mm²) wire sizes with insulation diameter of .029-.036 inch (0.74-0.89 mm).
