DESCRIPTION

5750913-5 is a 50-position cable plug connector from the AMPLIMITE .050 Series, featuring unassembled wire lacing termination covers for flexible cable management. This connector utilizes gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts with a minimum of 0.000030 inch (0.00076 mm) gold plating on the mating end and tin on the termination end, all nickel underplated. The housing and covers are made from thermoplastic material rated 94V-0 for flame retardancy, with a steel shell plated with tin-nickel alloy over nickel over copper. Designed for use with 28 AWG (0.08-0.09 mm²) or 30 AWG (0.05 mm²) wire with outer wire diameter of 0.032-0.036 inches, this connector is ideal for high-density D-type interface applications requiring reliable insulation displacement contact (IDC) termination.
