DESCRIPTION
5788803-1 is a 9-position right-angle D-Sub receptacle connector from the AMPLIMITE Subminiature D Connector series. This shell size 1 connector features dimensions of 1.213 inches (30.81 mm) for dimension A and 0.984 inches (24.99 mm) for dimension B, and is designed without boardlocks with fixed female screwlocks for mounting hardware. The contacts are preloaded with size 20 DF posted socket contacts and feature duplex plating with 0.000030 inch (0.00076 mm) gold on the mating end and tin on the termination end, with entire contact nickel underplated (Plating Code A). Recommended PCB board thickness is 0.093 inches (2.36 mm) maximum, and male screw retainers are used as mating hardware for connectors with 4-40 female screwlocks. This RoHS compliant connector is suitable for various industrial and commercial applications requiring reliable D-Sub interconnections.
