DESCRIPTION

5794176-2 is a 12-position AMP-DUAC PL PCB header connector designed for power interconnection applications. This connector features mate-first break-last sequencing at position 4, enabling safe hot-plug operation in power systems. The housing is constructed from UL 94V-0 rated thermoplastic with a maximum operating temperature of 105°C. The contact area features gold plating over nickel underplate with solder tails plated with 0.00127 [0.000050] nickel. This connector is ideal for switch-mode power supplies, redundant power systems, and applications requiring live hot-plug capability.
