DESCRIPTION

5-794630-0 is a dual-row surface-mount header connector from TE Connectivity's Micro MATE-N-LOK 3mm connector system designed for wire-to-board connections. The connector features a 3mm (0.118 inch) centerline pitch with position configurations ranging from 2 to 24 positions per row, supporting both vertical and right-angle mounting orientations. It accommodates wire sizes from 18 to 30 AWG with insulation diameters up to 2.79mm, and is rated for maximum current of 5 Amps per line at 250 Volts AC/DC. The header is available with multiple plating options including tin and gold finishes, and includes surface-mount hold-down features, pick-and-place pads, and retention bumps on solder tails for reliable assembly.
