DESCRIPTION
The 58433-2 is a PRO-CRIMPER III hand crimping tool designed for field installation, repair, maintenance, and prototyping of 50-Ohm commercial BNC and TNC hex crimp plugs and jacks. The tool features a die assembly with three crimp sections: two ferrule crimp sections marked .213 and .255 for different cable sizes, and one center contact crimp section marked .068. The ratchet mechanism includes an adjustment wheel with eight settings to control handle pressure and achieve proper crimp height. The tool is compatible with RG 58/U, RG 59/U, and RG 62/U cables and meets crimp height requirements for hand tools in the appropriate 114 series specification. This commercial-grade tool is intended for occasional use and low-volume applications in industrial, commercial, and institutional environments where reliable RF connector termination is required.
