DESCRIPTION
The 6-104071-1 is a 12-position, single-row, vertical shrouded header from the AMPMODU System 50 family, designed for high-density board-to-board applications. It features a black, 94V-0 rated, glass-filled thermoplastic housing and copper alloy contacts with duplex plating. The contacts are plated with .000030 inches of gold in the mating area and .000150 inches of tin on the solder posts, over a nickel underplate for enhanced reliability. This thru-hole header has a .100 inch post length and a contact centerline spacing of .050 x .100 inches. The shrouded design provides polarization and alignment for mating connectors, making it ideal for systems requiring efficient use of printed circuit board area.
