DESCRIPTION
6-160448-3 is a FASTIN-FASTON connector housing from TE Connectivity's 250 Series (6.3 mm) product line, designed for single and multiple wire connections in wiring harnesses. The FASTIN-FASTON product line features locking contacts with a locking lance that ensures firm retention of contacts when snapped into housings. The housings are made from Nylon or Polyamide material with UL 94 V2 or V0 flammability ratings. These connectors are RoHS compliant and are commonly used in multiposition and coupling connector applications, enabling wiring harnesses to be easily connected to mating counterparts for time savings in final assembly.
