DESCRIPTION

640024-1 is a beryllium copper wire terminal with tin finish designed for printed circuit board applications. It accommodates wire sizes ranging from 26-22 AWG with insulation diameters of 0.15-0.4 mm², and features dimensions of 0.160 inches (4.06 mm) width and 0.330 inches (8.38 mm) length. The terminal is manufactured from beryllium copper material with tin plating, providing excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. It is supplied in loose piece form and is compatible with hand tool 90314-1 and insertion head 453850-1 for automated assembly. This terminal is commonly used in electronic interconnect applications requiring reliable wire-to-board connections with superior contact performance.
