DESCRIPTION

641127-4 is an MTA-100 friction lock header featuring right-angle posts with retentive legs, designed for printed circuit board interconnection applications. The header is constructed with a UL94V-0 rated thermoplastic housing and copper alloy posts finished with .000015 [0.00038] gold plating over nickel, providing superior corrosion resistance and reliable electrical contact. The component operates with a 100 mil [2.54 mm] centerline spacing and is compatible with standard IDC and crimp-snap contact termination methods.
