DESCRIPTION
641963-3 is a 2-circuit pin header assembly for the 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) wire-to-board connector system manufactured by TE Connectivity/AMP. This connector features a duplex plating finish with pre-tinned contacts and is rated UL94V-2 for flammability. The housing has a compact mated height of 19.4 mm and a contact centerline spacing of 5.0 mm, with a standard tail length of 0.550 inches (13.97 mm). The connector incorporates a double lock plate for complete contact loading, locking levers surrounded by protective walls to prevent wire tangling, and design features to release bubbles during potting processes.
