DESCRIPTION
641975-1 is a 15-circuit pin header connector designed for wire-to-board power applications in the 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) family. This connector features a 1.300 inch (33.02 mm) A dimension and UL94V-2 flammability rating with pre-tin pin finish, meeting UL and CSA certification standards (UL File No. E28476, CSA File No. LR7189). The connector incorporates a compact 19.4 mm mated height design with 5.0 mm contact centerline spacing, double lock plates for complete contact loading, and protective walls surrounding locking levers to prevent wire tangling. The design includes bubble-release features and housing lances to facilitate potting processes and maintain contact integrity. This connector is particularly suited for power circuits in home appliances, especially gas appliances, where reliable power distribution and compact form factor are essential.
