DESCRIPTION
The 6473427-1 is a 60-position Heavy Duty Sealed Connector Series (HDSCS) receptacle housing designed for rugged industrial and commercial transportation applications. This connector features a thermoplastic housing with secondary lock and poke-yoke functionality, supporting mixed wire sizes with contact options of 1.5K and 2.8 mm. The housing is rated for operating temperatures from -40°C to +140°C, with current capacity up to 40 amps and an IP67 rating (IP6K9K with cover). The connector supports multiple keying options (Black, Gray, Green, Blue) for mating assurance and is available in both tab flange and non-flange configurations. This connector is ideal for in-line or flange mount applications requiring sealed, reliable connections in harsh automotive and industrial environments.
