DESCRIPTION
745077-4 is an AMPLIMITE HD-20 all-plastic straight posted subminiature D-type receptacle connector designed for PCB mounting applications. The connector features a 94V-0 rated black thermoplastic housing with 4-40 fixed female screwlocks made of nickel-plated brass for secure panel mounting. Socket contacts are constructed from phosphor bronze with gold plating on the mating end and tin-lead on the termination end, with a minimum 0.00127 mm nickel underplate. Key dimensions include a mating face of 0.243 inches (6.17 mm) and a tolerance of ±0.015 inches on the 0.479-inch dimension. This connector is commonly used in applications requiring reliable D-sub connections with secure screwlock mounting to panels and PC boards.
