747842-5 is a HD-20 subminiature D-type right-angle posted plug connector designed for PCB mounting applications. This shell size 3 connector features 25 contact positions with size 20 DF posted pin contacts, boardlocks for secure board attachment, and fixed female screwlocks for reliable mating. Key dimensions include A: 2.088 in (53.04 mm), B: 1.852 in (47.04 mm), D: 0.230 in (5.84 mm), and E: 0.738 in (18.75 mm), with a post diameter of 0.026 in (0.66 mm). The connector features a tin-plated steel front shell, 94V-0 rated black thermoplastic housing, and gold-plated mating contacts (plating code A).
