DESCRIPTION
770101-1 is a 12-circuit panel mount plug housing designed for 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC), a wire-to-board connector system manufactured by TE Connectivity/AMP. The connector features a compact mated height of 19.4 mm with a 5.0 mm contact centerline spacing, and incorporates a double lock plate for complete contact loading with audible clicking confirmation. The housing includes protective walls surrounding locking levers to prevent tangling with wires, and is designed to release bubbles created during potting processes. This connector is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (File No. E28476) and certified by Canadian Standards Association (File No. LR7189), making it suitable for power circuits in home appliances, particularly gas appliances, where reliable electrical connections and safety compliance are essential.
