DESCRIPTION

794285-1 is a 4-circuit in-line wire-to-board power connector from the 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) family, designed for power circuits in home appliances, particularly gas appliances. The connector features phosphor bronze contacts with a pre-tinned finish and a solder tail diameter of 0.062 inches (1.57 mm), mounted on a 0.062-inch thick PCB with a recommended hole layout spacing of 0.070 inches (1.78 mm) diameter. The housing is constructed from nylon in natural color with a UL94V-2 flammability rating, and includes a double lock plate for complete contact loading and locking levers surrounded by protective walls to prevent wire tangling. The connector achieves a compact mated height of 19.4 mm and is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories (File No. E28476) and certified by Canadian Standards Association (File No. LR7189), making it suitable for demanding power distribution applications requiring reliable electrical connections.
