DESCRIPTION
794611-3 is a loose piece pin contact designed for the Micro MATE-N-LOK 3 mm connector system manufactured by TE Connectivity. This contact is engineered to terminate 20-24 AWG wire (0.50-0.20 mm²) with insulation diameters ranging from 0.89 to 1.52 mm, and supports current ratings up to 5 Amps per line. The contact is available with multiple plating options including tin (1-PN-0), 15 µm gold (1-PN-1), and 30 µm gold (1-PN-2) finishes to meet various application requirements. The pin contact is compatible with plug housings in single-row configurations ranging from 2 to 12 positions, and can be applied using standard application tooling such as the 2151616-1 applicator or 91501-1 hand tool. These contacts are widely used in wire-to-wire and wire-to-board interconnections for household appliances, lighting, factory automation, data storage, gaming, vending, garage door openers, and security systems.
