DESCRIPTION
The 8-322870-3 is a SOLISTRAND terminal designed for secure wire termination in industrial applications. Constructed of high conductivity copper with a brazed seam and "W" crimp design, it provides high tensile strength and prevents pinched wires during installation. The terminal features a bell-mouth barrel entrance for easier wire insertion and reduced installation time, with a shorter barrel length ideal for terminations in tight spaces. Operating at a maximum temperature of 170°C and meeting or exceeding MIL Spec SAE AS7928 Type I, Class I requirements, this terminal is suitable for use in material handling equipment, motors, heavy equipment, transformers, switchgear, telecommunications, appliances, panel boxes, power supplies, and control instruments.
