DESCRIPTION
The 91348-1 is a semi-automatic electric servo press designed for inserting compliant pin connectors into printed circuit boards with real-time force monitoring and quality assurance capabilities. It features an electric servo drive with ball-screw mechanism, delivering up to 44 kN (5 tons) of force capacity with application-dependent cycle speeds of 3–5 seconds per connector. The system is controlled via a Windows-based PC platform with touchscreen interface, allowing operators to program and store force, distance, speed, and optional pin penetration parameters for consistent, repeatable operations. The press accommodates PCB sizes up to 610 × 915 mm (24 × 36 in) and includes SensiPress technology as standard for pin defect detection. This configuration is ideal for high-volume production environments where solder-free, compliant pin assembly requires precision, traceability, and minimal operator intervention.
