DESCRIPTION
T2111013201-007 is an HMN series heavy-duty connector insert designed for railway rolling stock applications and complies with the EN45545 European standard for flame retardancy. This modular insert is part of TE Connectivity's HDC insert range and supports flexible pin configurations while enabling signal, data, and power transmission through a single connector. The insert meets R22 and R23 requirements at hazard level HL3, with fire, smoke, and toxicity (FST) compliance verified through EN ISO 4589-2, EN ISO 5659-2, and NF X 70-100-1/-2 standards. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it delivers reliable electrical connections for demanding railway applications including traction converters, power distribution, and inter-car jumpers. The modular design enables time-saving assembly and reduces installation costs through system flexibility.
