DESCRIPTION

0242 is a heavy duty 200 Series NEMA terminal block featuring tubular screw contact type designed for reliable electrical connections. This terminal block accommodates wire ranges from 18-4 AWG (solid and stranded) and provides an ampacity rating of 85A at 600V. The nylon housing offers a maximum service temperature of 125°C with UL94V-2 flammability rating, and the block features a 0.50" [12.7mm] pitch with direct mount (flat base) configuration. Common applications include industrial control panels, power distribution systems, and equipment wiring where secure, high-current connections are required.
