DESCRIPTION
609-3427 is a PCB-mounted header connector designed for board-to-board interconnection applications. The connector features a 2.54 mm [0.100 in] pitch spacing and phosphor bronze posts with gold plating on the mating area (0.00076 mm min) and tin-lead plating on the solder end (0.00254 mm min) over a nickel underplate. The housing is constructed from PBT material with UL94V-0 flammability rating in blue color. Post tip dimensions are 0.63±0.03 mm [0.025±0.001 in] with a maximum post width of 0.79 mm [0.031 in]. This connector is suitable for applications requiring reliable electrical connections in electronic assemblies and PCB designs.
