DESCRIPTION
TLRP2H20WR020FTE is a surface-mount low-ohmic metal strip resistor designed for current sensing applications in power management, DC-DC converters, chargers, and adapter circuits. This 2010 package device features a 20 mO resistance with ±1% tolerance and operates at up to 2 watts at 70°C, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +170°C. The resistor incorporates a special metal resistive element with barrier layers beneath the solder to extend terminal life, achieving low inductance below 5 nH and demonstrating sulfur resistance for harsh environments. It is AEC-Q200 compliant with moisture sensitivity level MSL1, making it suitable for automotive and industrial power applications requiring reliable current sensing and thermal stability.
