DESCRIPTION

The TW1251KA is a wirewound spindle-operated potentiometer designed for high-power control applications requiring robust construction and reliable performance. It features a 1 W power rating at 40°C, resistance range from 5 O to 20 kO with ±10% tolerance, and excellent linearity of 2% maximum, along with low terminal resistance of 2 ohms. The device operates at a maximum working voltage of 200 V DC with an electrical rotation of 265° ±5°, maximum wiper current of 100 mA, and insulation resistance of 1000 MO at 500 V DC. Mechanically, it provides a shaft torque range of 3.5 to 100 mNm and mechanical rotation of 285° ±5°, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and mechanical endurance of 10,000 operations. This potentiometer is ideal for industrial control systems, test equipment, and applications requiring high reliability and precise resistance adjustment in demanding environments.
