DESCRIPTION

The 1EGG8C-2 is a power entry module with enhanced EMI filtering and dual fusing capability, featuring an internal ground-circuit inductor to isolate equipment chassis from power line ground at radio frequencies. This compact module is UL recognized, CSA certified, and VDE approved, with a rated voltage of 250 VAC maximum and operating frequency of 50/60 Hz. The module accommodates a rated current of 1 to 10A and requires 5 x 20mm fuses (not included), with maximum leakage current of 0.42 mA at 250 VAC 50 Hz for GG models. It features wire lead termination (18 AWG, minimum 5.0 inches) and flange mounting, with a hipot rating of 2250 VDC line to ground and 1450 VDC line to line. The 1EGG8C-2 is ideal for industrial equipment, medical devices, and consumer electronics requiring reliable power filtering and protection against electromagnetic interference.
