DESCRIPTION
ABC06N-22P is a plug shell in-line composite connector featuring ten Size 22D contacts and a dynamic quarter-lock coupling mechanism. This connector utilizes a lightweight composite shell with nickel plating, environmentally sealed design, and incorporates rear-release AS29029 contacts for field serviceability. The connector operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +175°C, withstands humidity up to 98% condensing, and provides EMI shielding greater than 40 dB from 100 to 1000 MHz. It is rated for 1500 mating cycles, 100 g shock (half-sine @ 3 ms), and 4 grms vibration, with corrosion resistance exceeding 1000 hours in salt spray testing. The ABC06N-22P is ideal for aerospace, defense, and marine applications including airframe systems, navigation equipment, and missile defense platforms where weight savings, environmental sealing, and reliable modular connectivity are essential.
