DESCRIPTION
ZPF000000000005015 is a receptacle connector from the TE Connectivity 901 Series designed for marine and harsh climatic applications. The connector features an aluminum alloy shell with marine bronze coupling ring for sealing configurations, or stainless steel with anti-couple design and tin finish for hermetic versions. The insert utilizes thermosetting resin with silicone elastomer sealing, and contacts are available in crimp type with gold over nickel plating or soldered type with gold plating per MIL-C 45204. The connector operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with thermal shock resistance of 5 cycles, pressure resistance from 60 to 1000 bars depending on type, and supports 500 mating and unmating operations. Multiple mounting configurations are available including nut-mounted with anti-rotation lug, single-hole mounting, and 4-hole mounting options, making it suitable for marine vessels, offshore equipment, and other demanding industrial environments requiring reliable hermetic sealing and durability.
