DESCRIPTION
ZPF000000000146309 is a DMC-MD series single module connector designed for 4th generation cabin networks in aerospace applications. The connector features flexible modularity with crimp and PCB contacts ranging from size 24 to size 8, supporting signal, coaxial, Quadrax, power, and optical contacts with high-speed Ethernet module capability. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C with an insulation resistance of 5000 MO, contact current ratings from 3 A (size 24) to 46 A (size 8), and withstands 500 mating cycles with 500 hours salt spray resistance. The housing is composite with nickel plating, while crimp and PCB contacts are copper alloy with gold plating over nickel. This connector is ideal for in-flight entertainment systems, cabin systems, and avionics applications where quick reconfiguration, toolless assembly, and reliable modular connectivity are essential.
