DESCRIPTION
The CONBNC004 is a BNC panel-mount bulkhead jack (female socket) connector designed for RF and coaxial signal transmission in audio, video, broadcasting, and test equipment applications. It features a gold-plated brass center contact, gold-plated solder cup receptacle, and isolated ground enclosure design with a bayonet-style (push-twist) mating interface for reliable, easy-to-use connections. The connector operates across a frequency range of 0 Hz to 2 GHz with an impedance of 50 O, insertion loss of 0.48 dB maximum at sub-1 GHz and 0.52 dB maximum at 1–2 GHz, and VSWR of 1.3 maximum across both bands. It is rated for operating temperatures from -20 °C to +105 °C, meets RoHS and REACH lead-free standards, and is tested to withstand corrosion, vibration, mechanical shock, and thermal shock per MIL-STD-202 methods. The CONBNC004 is ideal for surveillance systems, industrial equipment, and enterprise networking where compact size, superior RF performance, and robust environmental resistance are required.
