DESCRIPTION
The 222A121-25/225-0 is a right-angled, lipless boot used for mechanical protection and connector-cable strain relief. It is constructed from a fluid-resistant elastomer (material -25) and is supplied with a factory-applied S-1125 adhesive coating (pre-coat /225) for environmental sealing. As supplied, the boot has a minimum connector entry diameter of 24.9 mm and a minimum cable entry of 10.2 mm. After heat shrinking, it recovers to a maximum connector entry diameter of 16.0 mm and a maximum cable entry of 18.0 mm, with a nominal wall thickness of 1.27 mm. Its lipless design allows for direct installation onto a connector's accessory thread, providing robust protection in various harnessing applications.
