DESCRIPTION
SH48D50 is a high-performance solid-state relay from Teledyne's Series SH designed for industrial applications requiring reliable AC switching up to 125A and 690 Vac. This zero-cross model operates with a load voltage range of 24–510 Vac and accepts a control voltage of 3.5–32 Vdc, delivering 50A output current with an on-state voltage drop of 0.9V. The relay features a turn-on time of 8.3 ms at 60 Hz, a maximum surge current rating of 720A (non-repetitive), and a junction-case thermal resistance of 0.45°C/W, enabling efficient heat dissipation in demanding environments. Built with reinforced insulation per EN60947-4-3 and EN60950/VDE0805 standards, the SH48D50 includes input and output protection, control LED indication, and IP20 touch-proof flaps for safety.
