DESCRIPTION
The FS16-150-C2 is a versatile power transformer designed with a split bobbin for low capacitive coupling. It features a primary that can be configured for either a 115V parallel input or a 230V series input, delivering a maximum power of 2.5VA. The device has dual secondary windings, each providing 8.0V at 0.15A, which can be used independently, in series for double the voltage, or in parallel for double the current. With a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and UL Class F insulation, this transformer is inherently limited, requiring no external fusing. Its design as a safety isolating transformer makes it suitable for a variety of general-purpose electronic applications.
