DESCRIPTION
The TSM-105-01-S-DV-P-TR is a double-row, vertical SMT header from the TSM series, designed for board-to-board and cable-to-board connections. It features 10 phosphor bronze terminals arranged in two rows of five, with a 2.54 mm pitch and a post height of 5.84 mm. The terminals are plated with 30 µ" gold on the post and matte tin on the tail over a nickel underplate, all housed within a black liquid crystal polymer insulator. This header is rated for 475 VAC, has a current rating up to 5.4 A per pin when mated with an SSM connector, and operates over a temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C. Equipped with a plastic pick-and-place pad and supplied in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly, it is ideal for various high-reliability electronic applications requiring robust SMT connections.
