DESCRIPTION
The 10LPCV24110 is a linear proportional controller designed for precise control of resistive heating loads up to 110A at 240 VAC. It accepts a 0-10 VDC control signal with a control range of -1.0 to 20 VDC and a turn-on threshold of 0.5 VDC, providing smooth proportional output modulation. The device features an operating voltage range of 20-300 Vrms at 60Hz, a maximum off-state leakage current of 10 mArms, and a minimum load current of 0.20 Arms. With a thermal resistance of 0.28°C/W and maximum I²R loss of 9340 A²sec, the controller is engineered for high-current applications requiring reliable thermal management. The unit operates over an ambient temperature range of -30°C to +80°C and is encapsulated in thermally conductive epoxy with 8-32 screw terminals and 25 Faston connectors, making it suitable for industrial heating, thermal forming, and temperature control applications.
