DESCRIPTION
SGX-BLD1 is a hydrogen leak detection sensor designed for automotive and industrial applications, utilizing thermal conductivity gas sensing technology for high reliability. It features fast response time of less than 1 second, low power consumption of 65mA, and CAN 500kbps High Speed communication with configurable ID and CAN Wake Up capability. The sensor operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with humidity tolerance of 0-95% RH, and offers IP6K7 watertight housing protection. With external dimensions of 39mm x 35mm x 27mm and weight under 15g, it is compact and lightweight for easy integration near hydrogen systems or battery enclosures. Common applications include monitoring hydrogen fuel-cell systems and Li-ion battery packs to detect leakage or failure modes, providing critical safety alerts to Battery or Hydrogen Management Systems.
