DESCRIPTION

The LS15RB1201J04 is a Power over Ethernet (PoE) line splitter designed to convert PoE signals into separate power and data lines for IEEE 802.3AF-compliant applications. It features high efficiency ratings of 87% minimum at 5V, 88% minimum at 12V, and 90% minimum at 24V, with a compact profile measuring 3.0" L × 2.1" W × 1.0" H and weighing 58g. The device incorporates comprehensive protection mechanisms including thermal shutdown for over-temperature conditions, short-circuit auto-recovery, overload protection at 120% ± 5%, and surge protection via Transorb devices, along with input UVLO/0VLO functionality. Output specifications include ±1% voltage regulation, 1% transient response over 50%-100% load deviation, and 1% output noise with 20 MHz bandwidth. This line splitter is ideal for network installations requiring isolated power delivery to PoE-powered devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones, offering reliable performance with full thermal and electrical protection.
