DESCRIPTION
The TDS04SGNNTU04 is a 4-position ALCOSWITCH DIP switch designed for surface mount applications with SMT gull wing terminals and a raised actuator. It features tri-state positioning for unique coding configurations that provide enhanced security in address setting, with gold contact plating (Cu alloy with Au over nickel) for high reliability and corrosion resistance. The switch operates at non-switching ratings of 100 mA @ 50 VDC and switching ratings of 25 mA @ 24 VDC, with a contact resistance of 100 mO maximum and dielectric strength of 500 VAC for 1 minute. The device is constructed with high-temperature nylon (UL94-VO) base/cover, brass terminals with gold plating, and LCP actuator (UL94 V-O), operating reliably over -20°C to +85°C with an actuator travel of 0.8 mm and a rated life cycle of 2,000 cycles. This component is ideal for industrial control boards, fire and security systems, thermostats, home automation, and telecommunication devices requiring flexible address configuration.
