DESCRIPTION
103166-1 is an AMPMODU double-row vertical header connector designed for board-to-board interconnection with 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) centerline spacing. The connector features copper alloy contacts with duplex plating: 0.000030 inch (0.00076 mm) gold in the mating area, 0.000150 inch (0.00381 mm) tin on solder posts, and 0.000050 inch (0.00127 mm) nickel underplating on all contacts. It supports a contact current rating of 3 amperes and offers termination resistance of 12 milliohms maximum for beryllium copper contacts or 20 milliohms maximum for copper-tin-phosphor bronze contacts. This connector is available in multiple position configurations ranging from 6 to 74 positions and is RoHS compliant, making it suitable for industrial and commercial applications requiring reliable board-level interconnection.
