DESCRIPTION
103639-6 is a vertical through-hole (THT) header connector with matte tin plating, designed for single-row wire-to-board interconnect applications within the TE Connectivity AMPMODU MTE interconnect system. This connector supports 2–25 positions per row and accommodates wire gauges from #22–#30 AWG for IDC (Insulation Displacement Contact) configurations. The product operates at a maximum current rating of 3 amps per single contact in free air and 267 V operating voltage, with an operating temperature range of -65°C to +105°C. The matte tin plating provides cost-effective corrosion resistance, and the standard (non-swaged) post design is suitable for general PCB mounting. This connector is widely used in medical instruments, automotive controls, computers, commercial printers, appliances, and telecommunications equipment where reliable wire-to-board connections are required.
