DESCRIPTION

The 1-1658622-1 is a 60-position Novo receptacle connector designed for mass termination of ribbon cable in wire-to-board applications. It features a .100 x .100 inch centerline grid and provides both center and military polarization options. The contacts have Duplex² plating, which includes a minimum of .000030 inches of gold or gold flash over palladium-nickel on the mating end and tin on the termination end, all over a nickel underplate. This preassembled connector utilizes a military-approved tuning fork contact design for reliable interconnection with .025 inch square or round posts, making it ideal for various electronic equipment requiring a robust interconnect solution.
