DESCRIPTION
1241004-1 is a DIN tubular end sleeve with plastic collar designed for reliable termination of 2.50 mm² flexible wire leads. The ferrule features a copper sleeve with galvanic tin plating and a polypropylene plastic collar rated up to +120°C, conforming to DIN 46228 Part 4 specifications. Key dimensions include an overall length (A) of 14.5 mm, a barrel diameter (B) of 8.0 mm, a wire entry diameter (C) of 2.3 mm, and a collar height (D) of 4.3 mm, with a maximum insulation diameter of 4.0 mm. The product is supplied in strip form with a strip length of 10.0 mm per ferrule, designed for use with the transportable Stripper Crimper Machine (Part No. 439782-2) to create gas-tight crimped connections.
