DESCRIPTION
1-292250-2 is a through-hole (T/H) box-type connector header designed for horizontal mounting with kinked legs, part of TE Connectivity's AMP CT 2.0 mm pitch connector series. The header features a box-type design with front and back walls for improved polarization and connector reliability, incorporating kinked legs to secure the header onto the PCB during assembly and operation. It supports multiple circuit positions from 2 to 15 positions via position-to-dash numbering, with tin plating for standard corrosion resistance. The connector is rated for 125 V AC operation with current ratings ranging from 1 A to 4 A depending on wire gauge (22 AWG to 30 AWG), and is compatible with both mass-terminated (MT) and crimp contact systems.
