DESCRIPTION
1326032-4 is a timer socket contact designed for wire-to-wire applications in the 2.5 mm system series, USCAR series connectors. The contact features a copper alloy base material with bright tin plating (0.8 µm thickness) on the mating area, providing reliable electrical connectivity and corrosion resistance. It is designed for discrete wire termination with AWG 16 wire (1.25–1.4 mm²) using crimp termination, and includes a single-wire sealing system for environmental protection. The contact accepts wire insulation diameters ranging from 1.88 to 2.34 mm and operates reliably at temperatures up to 125°C. This contact is ideal for automotive and industrial wire-to-wire connections requiring sealed, robust connections with RoHS/ELV compliance.
