DESCRIPTION
The 1-338070-0 is a female-on-board side entry connector with latches, part of the TE Connectivity Micro-MaTch modular connector family featuring 1.27 mm contact spacing. This connector is designed for wire-to-board and board-to-board interconnections and supports multiple position sizes ranging from 4 to 20 positions. The connector features tin-plated contact design with a gas-tight connection system that incorporates an additional positioning spring in the female part to absorb relative movements caused by vibrations and thermal expansion, making it fretting corrosion resistant. The connector is compatible with 28 AWG ribbon cable (0.08 mm² to 0.09 mm²) and mates with male-on-wire connectors (215083), male-on-board connectors (215464), COSI connectors (338095+338096, 338095+338097), and male SMD connectors (338728). Applications include production and material handling equipment, control units, robots, motors, automotive systems, and consumer electronics.
