DESCRIPTION

146888-1 is a 64-position plug connector assembly designed for IEEE 1386 mezzanine board-to-board interconnections. The connector features a 1 mm centerline spacing with configurable stack heights of 10.00 mm, 12.00 mm, 13.00 mm, or 15.00 mm, and includes PCB mount retention and alignment via locating posts for vertical mounting. Electrical specifications include a rated contact current of 0.8 A, operating voltage of 250 VAC/VDC, and differential signaling capability with a 16 mm pitch across 32 columns and 2 rows. The contacts are constructed from phosphor bronze with gold plating (0.76 µm) on the mating area and tin-lead plating (3.81 µm) on the termination area, backed by a 1.27 µm nickel underplate. This connector is ideal for high-density signal transmission in computing and telecommunications equipment, offering reliable performance across the operating temperature range of -55°C to +110°C with RoHS/ELV compliance and UL 94V-0 flammability rating.
