DESCRIPTION

1-5120528-1 is a 64-position fine pitch SMT stacking receptacle connector designed for parallel board-to-board applications, compliant with IEEE 1386 standards. This connector features a 1.0mm contact pitch with 50µ" gold plating and is configured without locating posts but includes a pickup cap for automated placement. It offers a current rating of 1.0 ampere per contact, contact resistance of 30 milliohms maximum (initial), and durability tested to 100 mating cycles minimum. The connector provides increased plastic clearance between mating connectors for easier alignment and eliminates stress to solder joints during engagement. It is ideal for high-density board-to-board interconnect applications requiring reliable SMT mounting and precise stacking heights.
