DESCRIPTION

1586512-2 is a 2-circuit wire-to-board power connector from the 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) family, designed for power circuits in home appliances, particularly gas appliances. The connector features a compact design with a 19.4 mm mated height and 5.0 mm contact centerline spacing, incorporating a detent lock mechanism for secure contact retention. The housing utilizes FH UV Stable socket contacts paired with FH Positive Lock pin contacts, with a pre-tin duplex finish (gold plating in mating area over nickel underplate with matte tin on solder tail). The connector includes protective walls surrounding locking levers to prevent tangling with wires and is designed to release bubbles created during potting processes.
