DESCRIPTION

171551-2 is a PLASTI-GRIP insulated spade tongue terminal designed for secure electrical connections in wire termination applications. This terminal features a closed barrel design with insulation support, accommodating 22-18 AWG wire sizes (0.3-1.42 mm² or 509-3260 CMA) and is compatible with #5/M3 stud sizes with a 3.3 mm stud diameter. The terminal has a straight orientation with an overall length of 22 mm, tongue thickness of 0.79 mm, and supports wire insulation diameters from 2.7 to 3.6 mm. It is rated for a maximum voltage of 600 V and an operating temperature of 90°C, with copper and tin plating for reliable conductivity. This EU RoHS compliant, low-halogen terminal is ideal for general-purpose electrical wiring applications requiring dependable insulated connections.
