DESCRIPTION
174046-2 is a 16-position MULTILOCK connector plug assembly designed for wire-to-board termination in automotive applications. The connector features 2.5 mm contact centerline spacing and is constructed with PBT housing materials for durability and reliability. It accommodates applicable wire sizes of 0.3–0.5 mm² (AWG 22–20) and is compatible with .040 tab contacts and receptacle contacts per specifications 114-5108, 114-5094, and 114-5162. The connector incorporates a double-lock mechanism integrated into the plug housing to ensure complete and secure contact insertion.
